权益转让协议翻译又叫代位书翻译，是一份证明被保险人获得赔付时，向第三人要求赔偿转移给保险人的一种书面凭证的翻译。保险人可通过相关的法律翻译向责任方追偿。
权益转让协议在新语丝北京翻译公司中就可以做翻译，权益转让协议翻译之后加盖北京翻译公司的公章，就可以像保密信息翻译一样起到法律保护作用。
权益转让协议翻译必须用书面形将其翻译明确，不得口说。
协议条款
1. 相互义务免除。在第2、3、4款均得到满足的前提下，根据本协议，当前运营商与承包商将自合同终止之日起相互免除对方根据本合同所应承担的义务。
2. 新运营商的承诺。新运营商承诺自合同终止之日起，代替当前运营商作为合同方履行合同且接受合同条款约束。
3. 当前运营商的解除。自合同终止之日起，承包商将免除且解除当前运营商对与该合同有关的全部索赔及合法要求相关的责任，并且同意新运营商履行该合同规定的全部义务。
4. 应付负债。本权益转让协议内含的任何事项，对当前运营商或者承包商在合同终止日期之前可能向对方提起的任何索赔或者合法要求均不构成任何有利的或者不利的影响。
5. 赔偿。当前运营商郑重承诺，如因其在合同终止日期之前的任何行为或者疏忽而引起或者促成合同违约、合同不履行或者与该合同标的相关的任何索赔或者合法要求，并因而致使新运营商遭受或者因此而导致实质性的经济损失、损坏或者费用，则当前运营商将对此进行赔偿并随时保证新运营商得到彻底的赔偿。
6. 银行账户详细说明。自合同终止之日期起，所有承包商应向新运营商支付的款项均须打入以下银行账户。
AGREED TERMS
1. Mutual Release. Save as provided in Articles 2, 3 and 4, the Existing Operator and the Contractor hereby mutually release each other from their obligations under the Contract as from the Closing Date.
2. New Operator’s Undertaking. As from the Closing Date, the New Operator undertakes to perform the Contract and be bound by its terms in every way as if the New Operator had been a party to it in place of the Existing Operator.
3. Discharge of Existing Operator. The Contractor releases and discharges the Existing Operator from all future claims and demands whatsoever in respect of the Contract and accepts that the New Operator will perform all obligations under the Contract from the Closing Date.
4. Accrued Liabilities. Nothing in this Assignment shall affect or prejudice any claim or demand whatsoever which either the Existing Operator or the Contractor may have against the other relating to matters arising prior to the Closing Date.
5. Indemnity. The Existing Operator hereby undertakes fully to indemnify the New Operator and keep the New Operator fully indemnified at all times against any material loss, damage or costs suffered, sustained or incurred by the New Operator as a result of any act or omission of the Existing Operator committed prior to the Closing Date giving rise to or contributing to any breach or frustration of the Contract or any claim or demand in respect of the subject‑matter of the Contract.
6. Account Details. With effect from the Closing Date, all amounts payable by the Contractor to the New Operator shall be paid into the following bank account:
