Finance Documents has the meaning given to it in the Loan Agreement
Lender Security means the Security created by this Deed and any other existing or future Security granted by the Chargor to the Lender to secure the payment and discharge of the Secured Obligations or any of them
Lender Security Document means a document creating or evidencing Lender Security
Financial Indebtedness has the meaning given to it in the Loan Agreement
Hong Kong means Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China
Indirect Tax has the meaning given to it in the Loan Agreement
违约事件 具有《贷款协议》中给定的含义。
贷款协议 是指公司、贷款人与质押人于本契约签署日期前后签署的贷款协议，以及不时可能进行的修订、补充、重述、债务更新或替换（但应基本包括可提供的贷款额度增加范围、修改性质、目的或贷款期限或当事方变更等内容）。
融资文件 具有《贷款协议》中给定的含义。
贷款人担保 是指本契约设立的担保，以及质押人为担保担保债务或其中任何部分的清偿和履行而授予给贷款人的任何其他现有或将来的担保。
贷款人担保文件 是指设立或证明贷款人担保的文件。
融资债务 具有《贷款协议》中给定的含义。
香港 是指中华人民共和国香港特别行政区。
间接税 具有《贷款协议》中给定的含义。
