Abstract: Here is the analysis on survey and statistics of 2010 annual China trenchless industry by Trenchless Technology Committee, Geological Society of China. It mainly includes the sales of horizontal directional drilling machines as well as the applications of trenchless pipe rehabilitation and replacement methods in pipeline engineering construction. Finally, it has summarized several development characteristics of China trenchless industry in 2010.

In 2010, the trenchless industry in China continued to maintain a fast and steady development. To fully understand the development of trenchless industry last year in China, the Trenchless Technology Committee, Geological Society of China continues to carry out industrial statistics according to the practices in previous years. This is the 9th time to carry out survey and statistics of trenchless industry in China. It mainly includes three sections such as sales of horizontal directional drilling machine and pipe jacking machine as well as trenchless pipe rehabilitation and replacement construction situations. Because being not complete, the collected sales statistics of pipe jacking machine has no representative. Therefore, the following is to introduce and analyze the statistics on rehabilitation and replacement of horizontal directional drilling machine and pipe jacking machine.
