原油处理系统分离出来的伴生气部分去火炬燃烧，部分经过天然气冷却器冷却后进入燃料气涤气罐，在涤气罐内进行气液分离，气体然后经天然气压缩机增压后进入燃料气处理橇，进一步分离出燃气内携带的轻质油，最后通过加热器把燃气加热到60℃供透平发电机组发电。另外FPSO还有外输计量系统、压载系统、扫舱系统、仪表风系统、热介质系统、惰气系统、火炬系统、主电站、应急发电系统、海水系统等公用系统。

The crude oil treatment system of FPSO include one inlet separator, two preheaters for heat treatment, one heat treatment unit, two electric dehydration preheaters, two electric dehydrators and two heat exchangers. After treatment, the crude oil will be transported into tanks, the water content of crude oil in tanks will be less than 1.0%, and keep its temperature at about 140° F, and pressure of steam at about 13 psia.

After cooled, the wastewater separated from crude oil treatment system will be fed into the deoiling water tank, and after settled and separated, the wastewater will be transported into wastewater tank, then performed the oil-water separation in the hydraulic cyclone; the waste oil separated from hydraulic cyclone will be returned into slop tank, and the separated wastewater will be transported into induced gas floatator for the further oil-water separation, then fed into nut-shell filter for supplying the tank, and transported to nut-shell filter for treating through the supplying pump of nut-shell filter, finally the concentration of oil bearing in the wastewater drained into sea may be ensured less than 25ppm, after treatment, the wastewater may be used for backwashing.

Part of the associated gas separated from crude oil treatment system will be guided to flare for burning out, and the other will be transported into fuel gas scrubber after cooled by natural gas cooler, and performed the gas-liquid separation in scrubber, then the gas may be fed into fuel gas treatment skid after supercharged through the natural gas compressor for further separating the lightweight oil in the fuel gas, at last the heater may be used for heating the fuel gas to 60℃ for generating power by the turbine generating unit. Otherwise, the FPSO also include the export metering system, ballast system, stripping system, instrument air system, heat medium system, inert gas system, flare system, main generating station, emergency power generating system and seawater system etc.
